The minimum contract commitment for recurring payments is 12 months.
Can I cancel my monthly recurring membership?
If you are on a 12-month fixed commitment, you can cancel by submitting a request at least 30 days prior to your payment due date.
Will I pay a cancellation fee?
If you have not completed your minimum commitment, you will be required to pay both your monthly dues and a cancellation fee. If you have fulfilled your commitment, only your monthly dues will apply.

How can I use the lockers?
Jasmine provides lockers equipped with an electronic locking system. Each member must use their personal PIN code to lock the locker. If a member forgets their PIN code, Jasmine will apply special procedures to unlock it. Members are fully responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Are there changing rooms, showers, and bathrooms in the Fitness Centre?
Yes, we have suitable changing rooms, showers, and bathrooms.

You are not allowed to bring anyone to train you; only Jasmine trainers are permitted.
